Chronicles of a Failed First Week!!!

I'm just gonna sum it up real quick:

NO EXERCISE
TONS OF EVIL FOOD
VERY LITTLE SLEEP

Et pis that's it!!!

OBJECTIF!!!!!!!!!!!

Je me rend compte que je n'ai pas parlé de mon objectif...

Il est simple: perdre 10 lbs par mois...

Date limite: 10 avril 2011... donc 120 lbs en un an... Ou encore, porter du 14 ans!!!

Objectif de fou vous direz...

BEN C'EST ÇÔ!!!

(Encore faut-il que je saches combien je pèse présentement - à suivre)

Walk, walk, walk, whoa...

So I decided, after right after creating this blog, that I had to start in some way... LIKE NOW...

Sooo since everybody says that walking is the best exercise... I went for a walk...

Away asti... Running shoes (check)... Track pants (check)... Keys, Cell phone, iPod (check)... On attache les nouveaux cheveux (check)... On prend sa carte de bus au cas on se rend à un point de non-retour (LOL)(check)...

I realized that I was so out of shape that I had to stop TWICE during a 45 minute walk... TWICE...

PAS D'ALLURE...

Finallement, j'ai fait le tour du quartier et je suis fière de moi!

Toughest part: getting started!!!

I tried to start at least 726,873 times...

Start new diets... Start meal agendas... Start new programs... Start nothing...

So this is start #726,874 and I want it to be the right one...

So this is my page... This is my challenge... This is my new me!

Sooo I'll track it all with this blog... Maybe exposing myself will force me to push everything to the next level...
